Conversions across the quantities structural and civil engineers use day to day: length, force, pressure/stress, moment, distributed load, area, density/unit weight, and temperature.
Within a quantity, every unit is defined relative to an SI base unit, so a conversion is simply value × (from factor) ÷ (to factor). Temperature uses offset scales (°C, °F, K) handled separately.
Handy pairings for cold-region work: pcf ↔ kN/m³ for unit weights, psf ↔ kPa for snow loads, and ksi ↔ MPa for material strengths.
